How to order

Step 1: Get ready your shopping list
Browse the items in our blog and start writing down the items that you like.

Step 2: Order the items
Email your order to twinklezland@gmail.com with the following format:

Step 3: Order confirmation
A confirmation email will be sent indicating the total payable amount, our bank account details and order number.

You will also be informed in the event that an item is sold out.

Step 4: Payment
Transfer the payable amount via ATM or internet banking to our POSB/DBS or UOB bank account within 48 hours.

For internet banking transaction, please email us your name and the order number.
For ATM transaction, kindly drop us a email at twinklezland@gmail.com with the screen shot of the transaction and the order number.

To secure your purchase, please make payment within 48 hours upon receipt of our confirmation. We regret to inform that we do not practice reservation of items.

Step 5: Your order is on the way! 
Upon payment verification, we will send an acknowledgment email and the items will be mailed out within 5 working days.
