- All prices are indicated in Singapore dollars.
- Prices quoted are non-negotiable.
- Currently we only deliver within Singapore.
- All items sold are BRAND NEW unless otherwise stated.
- Orders will be confirmed within 2 working days from the sent date. Once the order is confirmed, there will not be any cancellation.
- We will inform you about payment details through email. Please make payment within 48 hours. If not, the order will be cancelled.
- Twinklez*Land only accepts payment via internet banking, inter-bank transfer, or ATM transfer to POSB account. Twinklez*Land do not entertain any meet-ups.
- Twinklez*Land assures that all items are in good condition and quality at the point of mailing. Thus, no exchanges or refunds are allowed.
- We seek your understanding that there may be slight variations in the colour of the actual item from that shown in the photo due to lighting effects. Hence, there will be no exchanges allowed on the basis of colour differences.
- Twinklez*Land will not be responsible for any packages lost in transition or any items damaged during the mailing process. Registered mail is highly encouraged to prevent loss of mail. All the items will be bubblewrapped to avoid damage during delivery.
- We will hold the item(s) for 48 hours after the confirmation email has been sent. If payment is not made within 48 hours, we will release the item(s) to other interested buyers.
